Our“EPT Academy”is the well trained and experienced team to streamline and optimize customer's order in the aspects of digital files, material type/graingrade and the permeability, binder ingredients and density as well as printing speed etc. to ensure the sand molds/cores best compatible with the onward casting process for final foundry products desired.

If needed, pilot sand molds/cores printed first by Printer-Sandstorm S800 to maximize the satisfaction of clients.

Digital files are needed to undertake 3D printings from digital visuality to printed solid objects:“STL”format is most preferred, other formats all easily convertible for our 3D printing too.

Demos of Casting Flow for 3D Printed Sand Molds




Our EPT 3D Printing facilitates the process of sand molding of foundry objects. Digital designs in CAD are readily 3D printed into sand molds that are not easy to be accomplished and modified by traditional molding methods. No more conventional tooling, plating and supporting structures are needed in heavily polluted workshop environment.

The 3D printing technology is mostly suitable for objects that are of complicated geometry, multiple angles and hollowness, traditionally such objects could be molded first in separate parts and assembled again into one final mold, now EPT 3D printing can mostly build whole sand mold once off in the single print bed.
